$0 for your association · 0% of every ticket

Run the conference, not the spreadsheets.

Bridgework takes the spreadsheets, the badge template, the check-in roster, and the reconciliation. It costs your association nothing to run and takes nothing from your ticket sales — and when exhibitors buy premium lead tools, a share of that comes back to you, at a percentage you agree on together.

The demo is a full conference with real numbers. It takes an email to open, and nothing else.

COMMITTED, FOREVER

Every dollar of registration passes straight through.

We never take a per-ticket cut. At a mid-size regional conference charging around $525 a ticket, the big platforms quietly extract on the order of $17,000–$20,000 a year from your attendee community.

Why associations choose Bridgework

You'll make money instead of spending it

Bridgework is free to run your event. When exhibitors buy premium lead tools, your association shares in that revenue, at a percentage you agree on together rather than a fixed cut we impose. A cost center becomes an income line, and your dashboard shows it as it happens.

Your exhibitors will renew their booths

Exhibitors who close deals on your floor come back next year. Booth renewals are the lifeblood of a regional conference, and keeping exhibitors satisfied is the highest-leverage thing an organizer can do for next year's budget.

It runs itself

Registration, badge design and printing, check-in, schedule, exhibitor outreach, and a real treasurer dashboard — all in one place. Your volunteer board is exhausted. The win is less work, not twenty more features to learn.

Built by someone who's been on your side of the table

Designed from 100+ conferences of real exhibit-hall experience — not a demo run by someone who has never staffed a booth. It is built around how your event actually runs, not how a sales deck assumes it runs.

Everything your conference needs

All of it included. There is no organizer tier to upgrade to.

Before the event

  • Event setup, branding, and your own accent color
  • Registration, ticket types, and custom questions
  • Badge designer with print-ready PDFs
  • Schedule builder
  • Exhibitor and sponsor outreach pipeline

During the event

  • Check-in console with badge scanning
  • Announcements and push notifications
  • Booth passport game to drive floor traffic
  • A live dashboard of what's happening

The money

  • Exhibitor directory and premium upgrades
  • Rev-share ledger, auditable line by line
  • Treasurer dashboard with refunds and reconciliation

Your attendees won't download an app. Bridgework doesn't ask them to.

Every all-in-one competitor's pitch includes a branded mobile app, with a project timeline and a launch checklist. It sounds impressive in a sales demo. It performs badly at the actual event.

  • Schedule and exhibitor directory: public, no login, from any link or QR code
  • Optional add-to-home-screen for attendees who want the icon and room-change alerts
  • Exhibitors capture leads on the phone already in their pocket — no rented hardware

What we don't do yet

The other platforms will quote you without publishing a number. Ours is on this page, and so is where we fall short.

  • HubSpot is the only CRM that syncs automatically. Every other CRM is a CSV export.
  • No SOC 2 or ISO 27001. If your procurement office requires it as a hard gate, we are not the right fit today.
  • We are early. We are working with a small number of first associations on purpose, so that each one gets real attention — you would be one of them.

One product. Aligned incentives.

You get a platform that pays you back. Your exhibitors get tools that close deals. Your attendees pay nothing extra and install nothing.
